What Is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code® is an energy healing method developed by Dr Bradley Nelson. It uses muscle testing, intention and magnetic techniques to explore perceived trapped emotions within a complementary energy-based approach. These concepts have not been scientifically established as physical energies or medical diagnoses.
What Are Trapped Emotions?
Within the Emotion Code framework, emotional experiences are believed to leave energetic patterns. People may explore sadness, grief, fear, insecurity, anger, resentment, rejection, abandonment, guilt, shame and feeling unsupported or unworthy. Each person’s experience is different, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.
Understanding the Heart-Wall®
According to Dr Bradley Nelson’s teachings, the Heart-Wall® is an energetic barrier believed to form around the heart after emotionally difficult experiences. It is an energetic belief within the method, not a medically recognised physical structure.
How Does an Emotion Code Session Work?
Step 1 — Understanding your intentions: We discuss what you would like to explore.
Step 2 — Exploring emotional patterns: The framework and muscle testing explore perceived patterns.
Step 3 — Working with identified emotions: Intention and magnetic techniques may be used.
Step 4 — Reflection and integration: You may reflect on the experience. You do not need to share every detail of difficult past experiences.
Why Explore the Emotion Code?
People may explore recurring emotional patterns, past experiences, relationship beliefs, emotional self-awareness, personal growth and a sense of balance. The approach is complementary and cannot promise specific results.
