Pranic Healing® Sessions

Restore Your Sense of Balance, Nurture Inner Harmony and Explore the Power of Energy Healing

Have you ever felt emotionally drained, overwhelmed by everyday pressures or simply in need of time to reconnect with yourself?

At Harmony Healing, I offer Pranic Healing sessions in a calm, compassionate and supportive environment, providing an opportunity to explore a gentle, non-touch approach to energy healing.

What Is Pranic Healing?
Pranic Healing® is a complementary energy healing system developed and taught by Master Choa Kok Sui. Prana means life force or vital energy. The method is based on the belief that an energy body surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, with energy centres and channels through which life force flows. Practitioners use non-touch techniques intended to cleanse and energise this perceived energy field. Its proposed energy structures and therapeutic effects have not been established by reliable scientific evidence.

Understanding Your Energy Body
Within the Pranic Healing philosophy, the aura or bioplasmic energy body is described as an energetic field surrounding the physical body.

Chakras — The Energy Centres
Pranic Healing teaches 11 major chakras and other energy centres associated, within the tradition, with aspects of wellbeing.

Meridians — The Energy Pathways
Meridians, also called nadis in some traditions, are described as pathways for life force energy. Chakras, meridians and the aura are traditional energy concepts, not medically established anatomical structures.

How Does Pranic Healing Work?
1. Energetic scanning: Techniques from the tradition explore areas believed to have congestion or depletion. This is not a medical examination.
2. Cleansing: Non-touch hand movements are used with the intention of clearing unwanted or congested energy.
3. Energising: Techniques are used with the intention of directing fresh prana towards the areas being explored.
4. Stabilising and completing: The session concludes with stabilising techniques and time for rest and reflection. The proposed mechanisms have not been scientifically established.

What Happens During a Session?
Step 1 — A gentle conversation: We discuss your intentions.
Step 2 — Getting comfortable: You can relax; physical contact is not normally required.
Step 3 — The Pranic Healing process: I use non-touch techniques including scanning, cleansing and energising.
Step 4 — Rest and reflection: You can reflect and ask questions. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.
